OUR POLICY
If you have changed your mind, we will be more than happy to accept returns for a full refund within 7 days from the delivery date as indicated by tracking notification.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label at their local shipping carrier.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
One exception to this policy is our earrings category. Due to hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE.
Another exception is our sale items. Please note that all items that have been marked down from their original retail price are also FINAL SALE.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RETURNS
- All returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
On the unfortunate case that your item comes damaged, please let us know by sending us an email at info@shoplineagejewelry.com. We will do our best to accommodate for your damaged products!
All of our jewelry undergo a specific inspection process before sent out and are protected with packaging to the best of our ability in order to avoid damage to any of our pieces. Lineage Jewelry will not be held liable for damages that occur during the shipping process. Please open a claim with the associated shipping carrier to receive a resolution.
