We know you're excited to receive your package! We would be too. However, please be patient after placing your order and have peace of mind knowing we are working hard to fulfill your order. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping only on all US orders over $150 via USPS or UPS. For orders under $150, the standard delivery charge is $12. All orders are shipped fully insured and offered with a tracking number. Please note that all packages are subject to signature delivery.
Please double check to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct! Lineage Jewelry will not be held liable for shipments to addresses which are incorrectly inputted. 

Order Processing

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends or holidays. 

We also offer international shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Please note that all shipping costs vary depending on your location.

Once your order has been processed, please allow about 2-7 business days for domestic shipments to be delivered. For international orders, please allow 7-25 days for your orders to be delivered.

Cancellations

If you do decide to cancel your order, please email info@shoplineagejewelry.com with the subject heading as “CANCEL ORDER: [CUSTOMER NAME – ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER] as soon as possible so we can meet your request. 

If you do decide to cancel last minute and the order has already undergone the shipping process, then we regret to inform you that we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has shipped.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

All of our items undergo a specific inspection process before shipping out. If your item just so happens to be damaged or lost in transit, Lineage Jewelry will not be held responsible for jewelry that is damaged or lost during transit. Please be sure to check in with the shipping carrier and file a claim if needed.
